1 dead, three injured in crash near Marsha Sharp Freeway and I-27

LUBBOCK, Texas— The Lubbock Police Department’s Major Crash Investigation Unit reported that one person has died and three others suffered injuries following a crash on Friday night.

The incident involved a passenger car and a semi-truck near the intersection of the Marsha Sharp Freeway and Interstate 27.

According to the Lubbock Police Department Major Crash Investigation Unit, officers responded to a report of a collision with injuries around 11:43 p.m. on August 22.
