Lubbock Police Department: East Division Station shows ‘community policing’ is working

LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – Four years later, the Lubbock Police Department is touting the effectiveness of its community policing, through its three substations.

From officers to detectives, assistants and the deputy chief in charge, employees at the East Patrol Division Station say the transition has not only made their jobs easier, but more meaningful.
