LUBBOCK, Texas — Alfonso Rodriquez, 45, was arrested Friday on felony stalking charges stemming from an incident in May.
According to court documents received by EverythingLubbock.com, Lubbock Police Department officers responded to an unchecked burglary at the 1300 block of 39th Street on May 9. When the residents returned to the house on May 12, they found a broken window. After finding it, one of the residents told authorities that they had a previous relationship with Rodriquez and reported several instances of stalking and harassment since they had separated.
