LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – Two Lubbock County Sheriff’s Deputies, Andrew Cavazos and Jorge Martinez, are recovering at home after they were injured last week while trying to help a stranded driver.
A semi struck their patrol car, leaving one deputy pinned against a concrete barrier while the other was left hanging over the side of a bridge.
The deputies are expected to make a full recovery, and Tindal Design Studio, in cooperation with the 100 Club of West Texas, have come up with a new way for the community to help them and their families…
