Your Guide To The Panhandle South Plains Fair in Lubbock for 2025

It’s time to get ready for corn dogs, funnel cakes, turkey legs, and of course rides. The Panhandle South Plains Fair is back in Lubbock for another year and it all starts with Buck-A-Ride Night on Tuesday.

The Panhandle South Plains Fair Is Fun For Everyone

The South Plains Fair is celebrating its 108th year and when you head out to the fair, you just know you are going to have a good time. Whether you are going to look at livestock, vendors, riding rides, playing games, or of course eating food, the fair has a little something for everyone.

Last year during the fair, we were there in time to catch the Swifty Swine Racing Pigs. It’s one the free attractions, and it was fun to watch. There is also the Paul Bunyan Lumberjack show throughout the week.
