While some exciting food options are available at the fair, the local options tend to be the most popular for several reasons. Most importantly, sales from these vendors go to charitable organizations like churches, youth sports, crisis centers, etc. For some organizations, the Fair provides their entire annual operating budget.

A New Addition to the South Plains Fair Food Lineup
