LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – Frenship administrators and families celebrated a milestone Monday with an official ribbon cutting of the new Memorial High School.
The new school, near 43rd and Upland, opened at the start of the school year. The freshman and sophomore campus serves about 1,100 students.
