  • Total number of LAS phone calls: 822
    • Calls to front desk: 723
    • Calls to field services line: 99
      • Total field services calls ran: 305
    • Total calls placed on hold: 232
    • Average hold time: 1 minute, 54 seconds
    • Aggressive animal calls: 26
    • Animal welfare calls: 14
  • Total Spays/Neuters: 57 in house, 32 at vet clinics
  • Total Adoptions: 49 dogs, 33 cats
  • Total Return to Owner: 9 animals
  • Total “Doggie Day Out”: 32 doggie day outs, 7 sleepovers
  • Total Intakes: 154
  • Current Dog Population: 252
  • Design Capacity: 359
