Human Battleship fosters student connection through aquatic skirmish

On Friday, the Student Activities Board hosted a game of Human Battleship at the Robert H. Ewalt Student Recreation Center Leisure Pool to foster community between students in the summer sun and blue water.

Student attendees were invited to divide into teams of three — two on the ship’s deck and one in the water — as they attempted to sink their opponents’ vessel, a canoe turned into a makeshift destroyer.

One student used a bucket to “attack” their enemy while another utilized a shield to “defend,” with the final student guiding the boat in the water…
