LUBBOCK, Texas –The Lubbock Police Department announced Thursday morning Otis Williams, 57, was taken into custody without incident at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct 1 in connection the bank robbery at Happy State Bank located at 4402 19th Street.
LPD said Williams was found at a motel in the 6600 block of I-27.
Williams was initially arrested on unrelated warrants but a warrant for aggravated robbery was ultimately signed…
