LUBBOCK, Texas — Nathan Teter, 36, was arrested and charged with Threatening to Publish Intimate Visual Material.
According to court documents obtained by EverythingLubbock.com, Teter made intentional threats toward the victim to release compromising video material of them without their consent. In September, the victim then called the front desk of Lubbock Police Headquarters and reported Teter’s threats. After being reported, he was arrested and booked into LCDC on October 3.
