LUBBOCK — Around here, a good bowl of menudo means family, comfort, and a little friendly competition, and this month, Lubbock High School is putting that tradition front and center.
On Wednesday, October 30, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., the school will host its first Menudo Cook-Off Contest to raise funds for the Mariachi and Ballet Folklórico programs. The event will take place at Lubbock High School, and everyone’s invited to taste, listen, and celebrate local culture.
