Lubbock ISD board addresses complaint against Dr. Kathy Rollo

LUBBOCK, Texas— The Lubbock ISD Board of Trustees said in a statement that they are aware of a social media post regarding Dr. Kathy Rollo’s Teacher Educator Certificate and a complaint submitted to the Texas Education Agency’s (TEA) Educator Investigations Division, according to a press release Tuesday afternoon.

According to the Lubbock Independent School District (LISD), the board was made aware during a February board meeting that a complaint would be filed. The board was immediately notified by Dr. Rollo when she received an official notification of the complaint from the TEA in May.
