All clear given after active shooter alert issued at Cannon Air Force Base

LUBBOCK, Texas — Cannon Air Force Base in Clovis, New Mexico was in lockdown after a report of an active shooter on Friday afternoon. The all clear was given at 2:03 p.m. Central.
