Lubbock, TX Weather Alert: Storm Chances Monday, Warming Midweek

Lubbock, TX – A fall cold front moving through West Texas early next week will bring a temporary cool-down and scattered storms before summer-like warmth returns later in the week.

According to the US National Weather Service Lubbock, rain chances will increase to 50% on Monday (Columbus Day) and 40% Tuesday, as the front passes through the region. Winds could gust up to 15 mph, with daytime highs ranging from the upper 60s to upper 80s and overnight lows dipping into the 50s and low 60s.
