Lubbock, Texas – Lubbock Independent School District (Lubbock ISD) Superintendent Dr. Kathy Rollo has been fully exonerated after the Texas Education Agency (TEA) Educator Investigations Division said they found no evidence of wrongdoing in relation to a complaint filed with the agency earlier this year, according to a press release.
The statement said Dr. Rollo received notice of the conclusion of the investigation on Friday Oct. 17, with the agency stating that the allegations presented in the complaint were without merit. The TEA has closed the investigation, and the warning has been removed from Dr. Rollo’s educator certificate.
