LUBBOCK, Texas — Kendrick “Skrilla” Taylor, 23, was arrested on Wednesday in connection with the August 18 murder of 18-year-old Lawrence Brantley, according to public records.
Taylor, a Texas Top 10 Most Wanted Fugitive, was taken into custody in Tulsa, Oklahoma, jail records showed.
