LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – A mild Halloween evening will provide ideal conditions for all Trick or Treaters. However, overnight, another windy cold front will arrive, and temperatures will be chilly as we start November.
Saturday morning lows will return to the low 30s with norther areas to the 40s in the southern South Plains. Add the chilly air, some winds from the north, with speeds of 15-25 mph and higher and it will be a cold morning.
The winds will diminish in the early afternoon Saturday but remain out of the northeast which means about a ten degree drop in temperatures for the region.
