LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – Crews responded to a fire at an apartment complex in northwest Lubbock Wednesday afternoon.
Just before 2 p.m., LFR was called to a fire at the Stratford Place Apartments near 4th Street and Slide Rd.
Crews were able to contain the fire to four out of the 36 units in the building…
