A Vision in Motion
Loop 88 is a transformative infrastructure project that will encircle the City of Lubbock, improving regional connectivity and access. The proposed six-lane freeway with ramps and frontage roads will run from U.S. 84 near Shallowater to U.S. 84 near Slaton, creating a complete outer loop around the city.
