Local man leaves three injured after intentional collision on Saturday

LUBBOCK, Texas — Javier Valenzzuela, a 20 year old man, is custody after making a intentional collision in Central Lubbock that left three people injured, on Saturday, November 29 at 9:41 p.m.

According to the Lubbock Police Department press release, officers responded to a report of a collision with injuries at the intersection of 34th street and University Avenue. Upon arrival Javier Valenzzuela, told officers at the scene that he intentionally struck the other vehicles with his car to commit suicide. Javier was transported to UMC for minor injuries, but refused medical treatment.

When officers arrived on scene, they located the driver of a SUV, Mkenna McFadden, 25, who suffered from moderate injuries and passenger Gracey Breitschopf, 23, who suffered from serious injuries. Senaida Ortiz, 61, driver of a minivan, suffered minor injuries. All were transported to to University Medical Center, according to the Lubbock Police Department…
