LUBBOCK, Texas–Michael Byerly, 52, pleaded guilty on Monday to online impersonation. He was sentenced to five years in prison.
Court records said a victim was notified viaFacebook Messenger that intimate photos were circulating on social media. The victim stated thisindividual sent her photos to “stories” accompanying the photos as well as videos that are not her but portrayed to be her.
