LUBBOCK, Texas — According to permits obtained by EverythingLubbock.com, Layne’s Chicken Fingers will set up its first Lubbock location at 79th Street and University Avenue.
EverythingLubbock.compreviously reported that the fast-food chain was eyeing the Hub City for as many as three new locations in 2026. This aforementioned location seems to be the first of potentially several sites, with no announcement yet on where the others will be.
