LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – A Lubbock County grand jury has formally charged a 20-year-old woman with assaulting multiple public servants after an incident at a Texas Tech University dormitory.
Court records say Korinne Foster was fighting with two residents of Texas Tech’s Murray Hall about two months ago when officers with the Texas Tech Police Department responded to the dorm.
Officers reported Foster appeared drunk. When law enforcement escorted her out of the dorm, she bit one officer and kicked two others, court documents said…
