Workforce Solutions South Plains receives nearly $150,000 to train students for high-demand careers

LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – More than 500 students across the South Plains will receive specialized training to fulfill high-demand jobs in the area.

Workforce Solutions South Plains received nearly $150,000 from the Texas Workforce Commission. Part of that money was also matched by the Lubbock Economic Development Alliance.
