Today I am announcing my candidacy for Lubbock City Council District 3.
District 3 deserves to be properly represented, not just used on behalf of developers with deep pockets or as a tool for career politicians to fuel higher ambitions. We have been consistently overlooked by the city government for policies and projects that could improve life for the working families in our district. At the same time, like so many across the City of Lubbock, the people of District 3 are faced with an affordability crisis while our current City Council falters on its campaign promises.…
