EXTENDED FORECAST:

Tuesday’s high temperatures still aim to reach 70 degrees by the afternoon. A weak cool front will move in on Wednesday morning and cool temperatures *slightly*. That weak front will be followed up with some extra reinforcement Thursday night to make Friday morning start cold again. Unfortunately, Friday is another day where high temperatures also aim to hit the 70s. Then the warming isn’t over, because Saturday turns even warmer, and the high temperature will approach the record set in 1921! Finally, a second cold front is expected to arrive Sunday morning and cool us off in time so we don’t reach the 80s. Even with this front coming in the week of Christmas, the forecast doesn’t look to be in favor of a white Christmas. In fact, there’s a 90-100% chance temperatures will be above average by Christmas Eve…. and the average temperatures on December 24 are 27 degrees for the low and 54 degrees for the high.
