LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – As people finalize their New Year’s Eve plans, law enforcement is reminding residents that the choices they make could determine how their year actually ends.
Whether celebrating at packed bars, hosting living room watch parties, or attending church events, the Lubbock Police Department said the most dangerous part of the evening often occurs when people are heading home.
