LUBBOCK, Texas — The Lubbock Police Department’s (LPD) Major Crash Investigation Unit is investigating in the 3000 block of West Loop 289 after a report of a collision with injuries involving two pedestrians.
According to a statement, LPD officers responded to the report at 2:52 p.m. on Thursday, January 1. A two-year-old suffered serious injuries and was transported to Covenant Children’s Hospital via Emergency Medical Services.
