H-E-B is continuing its takeover of Texas with yet another location coming—and this time, to a city that will likely appreciate its butter tortillas.
The Texas-based grocer confirmed to Chron that it would open a store in Lubbock at the southwest corner of 19th Street and Frankford Avenue, marking the second location for the city.
