LUBBOCK, Texas—Goodwill Industries of Northwest Texas (GINWT) has announced an upcoming Goodwill Job Fair on Thursday, January 15, 2026, at 715 28 Street. The event will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. offering job seekers the opportunity to explore rewarding career opportunities with Goodwill.

Open positions include Managers in Training (MIT), Assistant Store Managers, Production Supervisors, Retail Associates and a General Accountant. This job fair will feature expanded hiring efforts to staff Goodwill’s new retail store at 11703 Indiana in Lubbock, scheduled to open in February 2026.
