LUBBOCK, Texas–The Lubbock Police Department’s Major Crime Unit is asking the public’s help locating 35-year-old Tatenda Sawaya.
LPD says Sawaya’s family discovered that she was missing today and notified Lubbock Police. Due to multiple medical diagnoses, combined with current extreme weather conditions, investigators believe Sawaya may be endangered.
Lubbock Fire Rescue responding to emergency plane landing
Sawaya is described as a Black female, approximately 5 feet 1 inch tall, weighing 130 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen on foot in the area of University Medical Center on January 22nd at approximately 11:00 p.m.
