LUBBOCK, Texas — On Saturday, February 7 the Neighbors Emergency Center is celebrating American Heart Month, by inviting the Hub-City to a free community event to help you stay proactive about your heart health, starting at 1 p.m.
The Neighbors Emergency Center, located on 4337 50th Street, is offering everyone an afternoon of fitness fun and free health screenings. Guests can enjoy the following:
- Jump for Your Heart Challenge — For every minute a person can jump rope, they earn a raffle ticket toward a “Dinner for Two” at one of Lubbock’s favorite local restaurant.
- Free Health Screening — The medical team will will provide complimentary blood pressure checks and heart health guides.
- Valentines Craft Station — A fun space to create Valentine’s cards for family or local seniors.
- Meet and Greet with medical team and staff.
- Cocoa Bar
