LUBBOCK, Texas— Joshua Lee Sanchez was sentenced on Monday to six years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) with 333 days of jail credit for two counts of Indecency with a Child.
In March 2025, EverythingLubbock.com previously reported that a deputy with the Lubbock County Sheriff’s Office responded to a possible sexual abuse at a home. The victim, who was younger than 12 years old, made an outcry and said Sanchez touched her inappropriately while she was sleeping. Court documents also said that Sanchez was in a relationship with a household member of the victim.
