LUBBOCK, Texas — A second Layne’s Chicken Fingers is expected in the Hub City, and this location will be near Texas Tech University, according to a permit.
Spring into dinner: Skyviews Restaurant new dinner series
The permit shows the restaurant will be near 19th Street and University Avenue at the location of a Taco Villa that shut its doors in the summer of 2025. According to the permit, work on the project was expected to start in March.
