LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – South Plains College’s Creative Arts Department is hosting the 2026 Songwriter Competition. The competition will take place on March 26 at 7 p.m. at the Tom T. Hall Studio in the Creative Arts Building on the SPC Levelland Campus.
