Evelyn Martinez wishes her younger sister wasn’t with her the night she went to fetch their brother from a school function two years ago.
Martinez, 26, said she remembers the sound of the things flying around in her vehicle as it flipped four times after a 2009 Honda Civic struck them near an intersection south of Lubbock.
