LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – A Lubbock County grand jury indicted a 19-year-old man for criminal negligent homicide in connection with the death of another 19-year-old.
Matthew Wood was arrested on Jan. 21 near 78th St. and University Ave. after the shooting death of Taylor Wilson on Jan. 9.
