LUBBOCK, Texas— Flix Brewhouse is officially open in Lubbock on the West Loop 289 Access Road near North Slide Road.
The movie theater took over the location that was previously an Alamo Drafthouse on February 23. Those with Flix Brewhouse transformed their Lubbock location in about two weeks for a soft opening the weekend of February 20, 2026, and had the grand opening on Monday, February 23, 2026.
Flix Brewhouse Regional Manager, Sky Slatten, said it has been a busy season, especially since the franchise acquired three other locations across Texas at the same time.
