LUBBOCK, Texas — Sheriff Kelly Rowe held a news conference surrounding the details of the disappearance of 11-year-old Avianna Freeman on Tuesday, March 3.
After being reported missing late Sunday evening by her parents, the Lubbock County Sheriff’s Office, along with multiple other law enforcement agencies, worked the area in grid fashion, as well as using canine units from Plainview in attempt to locate Freeman.
She was reportedly found just before 2 p.m. Monday in a pine bush nearby her house with no injuries and was quickly reunited with her family.
