LUBBOCK, Texas — Lubbock Fire Rescue responded to a cut gas line at 82nd and Utica Avenue. LFR said all traffic on 82nd is shut down from Utica Avenue to Toledo Avenue. ATMOS is on scene. LFR confirmed this will be an extended incident.
