LUBBOCK, Texas — The Corndog Company is a food establishment serving hand-dipped, honey-glazed corndogs, fried cheese and other sweet treats. The secret ingredient to these freshly made corndogs is in the batter. Honey is what gives in a light and sweet flavor.
The Lubbock truck owners, Maria and Rafael Gonzalez brought the corndogs to the Hub City in February 2026, making them the second location in Texas. “The community is so welcoming,” said Maria. “We have been selling out since the announcement of the truck, and we appreciate the positive feedback we have been getting.”
The Corn Dog Company has several locations across the United States, including Hawaii. The Lubbock location has participated in Midnight Cravings, Food Truck Thursday and other local gatherings…
