It’s officially crawfish season and Little Woodrow’s is turning its patio into Louisiana-style boil headquarters, serving fresh, chef-prepared crawfish alongside cold beer and live music every Saturday and Sunday.
Chad Miller, CEO of Woody’s Brands, said all properties across Texas, including the Midland and Lubbock locations, are offering crawfish boils, along with fresh corn and potatoes, throughout the season.
“It’s that time of year to eat mud bugs and throughout the state we’re throwing crawfish boils all the time,” Miller said. “We wanted to bring that out to Midland for our customers to have a good time. We have a great patio and cold beer, and nothing goes better with cold beer than hot mud bugs.”…
