LUBBOCK, Texas— So many things in life are worth celebrating. For business owner JD Harvey, creating a place for people to find the perfect party supplies, gift or balloon arch to mark the milestones, big and small, is special. It all started four years ago with his balloon design business, JD Harvey Designs. Then, two years ago, he opened up his storefront, Party Animal.
”I have an eye for fun and quirky and different,” explained Harvey. “I kind of dreamed up the concept of Party Animal, and was like, ‘I want to open this as an extension of JD Harvey Designs.”
