One issue that most in Lubbock agree on? There are too many dogs roaming Lubbock streets. Whether it’s because people have bad fences, or they abandon dogs on the side of the road, we have a problem with dogs on the loose and now another person has been attacked.
According to the Lubbock Police, one person suffered serious injuries during a dog attack on Thursday morning. The dog attack happened just after 8:00 a.m. in the 2400 block of East 8th Street.
