The city restrictions are only for automated irrigation ranging from those large wheeled sprinkler carts you see on farms to front yard plastic sprinklers.
Your two assigned watering days each week correspond to the last digit in your address. For instance, if your home address ends in 0, 3, 4, or 9, then you may irrigate your property on Mondays and Thursdays . If your address ends in 1, 5, or 6, then Tuesdays and Fridays are for you.
