Lubbock man threatens to kill Sam’s Club customer, court docs reveal

LUBBOCK, Texas — Zeylium Rodriguez, 25, was arrested Monday, April 13, on an aggravated assault with a deadly weapon charge after a February 2025 incident at Sam’s Club, located in the 6000 block of Marsha Sharp Freeway.

According to an incident report obtained by EverythingLubbock.com on Wednesday, the victim and his spouse were shopping when he noticed the suspect, later identified as Rodriguez, was giving the victim “threatening glances”, according to court documents.
