LUBBOCK, Texas — The Lubbock Police Department on Monday morning confirmed Jonathan Garcia, 18, passed away on April 23 due to his injuries he sustained in a golf cart accident on April 21.
EverythingLubbock.com previously reported officers were called to assist EMS at 9 p.m. near 2nd Street and Avenue K. Garcia suffered serious injuries at the time was taken by EMS to University Medical Center and later passed away.
