LUBBOCK, Texas — Cinco de Mayo is coming up, and local spots are going all out with festive drinks, food specials and unique celebrations. From margarita deals and taco bras to live mariachi music and weenie dog races, there’s no shortage of ways to join the fun.

EverythingLubbock.com has made a list of events that are happening all around the Hub City for Cinco de Mayo.
- Chuy’s-Cinco de Mayo in-store May 4-5 will have $6 house margaritas, $9 grand house margaritas, $1 off Mexican beans and $5 queso bowls.
- Uncle Julio’s-Will have a taco bar Tuesday $12 per person from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
- Two Docs Brewing Co-Will have several beer specials and frozen beverages, plus a piñata.
- Good Line Beer-On Saturday, May 2, Good Line Beer will have a special pop-up with Jimenez and a live mariachi band.
- Little Woodrow’s Lubbock-Will host weenie dog races, Sunday, May 3, and will feature cold drinks.
