LUBBOCK, Texas — Folks who are living in the Skyview neighborhood, south of the airport, are not happy with the current conditions of the area.
Jeannie Woods, a North Lubbock resident who’s been in the neighborhood for over 50 years said it has looked the same since she was a baby.
